Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ANUWEI LLC, doing business as Weinu Distribution (“Weinu Distribution,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through weinudistribution.com, related account and ordering features, and business communications that link to this Policy. It does not govern a third party’s independent privacy practices or employee and job-applicant information.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: identifiers and contact details; account credentials; order, quote, cart, shipping, billing, payment-status, return, and customer-service records; purchasing interests; communications and form submissions; and device and usage information such as IP address, browser, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, dates and times, cookie identifiers, and similar technical data.

For business, supplier, resale, tax-exempt, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes, we may also collect company name, business role, purchase-order information, resale or tax documentation, shipping and receiving requirements, and other verification information reasonably necessary for the relationship. Please do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information by email or through a general contact form.

Sources of Information

We may collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from payment, hosting, analytics, security, shipping, logistics, customer-support, and other service providers; from suppliers or business partners involved in a requested transaction; and from public or commercial sources used for business verification, fraud prevention, or compliance.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the Site and account features; respond to inquiries; evaluate and administer customer, supplier, and business relationships; verify identities, credentials, tax status, and transaction details; prepare quotes; review, accept, process, fulfill, and support orders; arrange payment, delivery, returns, and refunds; communicate about products, transactions, and relationships; maintain records; improve the Site; prevent fraud and abuse; protect systems, rights, property, and safety; enforce agreements; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications where permitted.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use necessary, functional, security, preference, and analytics cookies or similar technologies. These tools may support accounts, carts, fraud prevention, performance, and measurement. Browser or consent settings may limit certain tools, but some Site features may not function properly. Where required, we will provide additional notice and choices before using nonessential technologies.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to hosting, IT, security, analytics, payment, accounting, shipping, logistics, customer-support, marketing, and professional-service providers that support our operations; to suppliers or fulfillment partners as needed for a requested transaction; to authorities, insurers, advisers, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, investigate fraud, protect rights or safety, address a product-safety issue, or enforce agreements; in connection with a merger, financing, sale, reorganization, or transfer of business assets; or with your direction or consent.

Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

As of the effective date, we do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change or an applicable law treats a technology we use as a sale or sharing, we will update this Policy and provide required choices, including recognition of legally required browser-based opt-out signals.

Payment Information

If online payment is enabled, payment-card information is submitted to the payment processor. We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on our systems. The processor’s handling of payment information is also governed by its privacy and security terms.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, considering the nature and sensitivity of the information, transaction and account needs, tax and accounting obligations, product-safety and recall needs, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and applicable limitation periods. We then delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of information as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may update certain account information and unsubscribe from promotional email using the message instructions. Transactional and relationship messages may continue. Depending on your residence and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain uses; to limit certain sensitive-information uses; or to appeal a denied request.

Submit a request to info@weinudistribution.com. We may need to verify your identity, account, authority, and jurisdiction before acting. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Children

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can review and delete it as required.

Third-Party Links and U.S. Processing

Third-party websites, tools, and services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless law permits or requires otherwise. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@weinudistribution.com or through the Contact Us page.
