Effective June 25, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to website, retail, volume, and business orders accepted by Weinu Distribution. Any shipping terms shown at checkout or in an accepted quote, invoice, purchase-order acknowledgment, or separate written agreement control if different.
Order Processing and Shipping Estimates
Processing begins only after order acceptance, required verification, and cleared payment or approved payment terms. Availability, processing time, and estimated ship or delivery dates are confirmed per order. Website inventory indicators, checkout dates, and carrier estimates are not guarantees.
We maintain a reasonable basis for stated shipping times. If we cannot ship within the promised time—or within the period required by law when no time is stated—we will provide a delay notice and obtain any required consent to the revised timing or offer cancellation and a prompt refund.
Methods, Locations, and Charges
We may use parcel, freight, supplier-direct, or third-party fulfillment and may ship from more than one location. Shipping, handling, insurance, residential delivery, liftgate, inside delivery, appointment, storage, redelivery, customs, and other accessorial charges are the customer’s responsibility when disclosed in the accepted order. Tracking or freight documents will be provided when available.
Partial Shipments and Backorders
We may propose partial or multi-location shipments when reasonably necessary. For consumer orders, we will obtain any consent required for a material delay, backorder, substitution, or changed charge. A materially different product will not be substituted without agreement.
Delivery Information and Failed Delivery
Customers must provide a complete, accurate, serviceable address, contact information, receiving hours, and any delivery requirements. Address changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. To the extent permitted by law, the customer is responsible for reasonable, disclosed costs caused by incorrect information, refusal, lack of access, missed appointments, or failed delivery.
Carrier Delays
After shipment, carrier schedules may be affected by weather, capacity, service interruptions, security events, and other conditions outside our control. We will provide available tracking information and reasonable assistance, but a carrier estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
Title, Risk of Loss, and Inspection
Title and risk of loss transfer as stated in the accepted order and applicable law. For a commercial freight shipment, an accepted order may state that risk passes when goods are duly tendered to the carrier. Consumer rights and any legally required risk allocation remain unaffected.
Inspect the shipment promptly. Note visible damage, shortage, or tampering on the carrier’s delivery record before signing when practicable. Retain the product, carton, labels, and packaging, and send the order number, delivery record, item details, and clear photos to info@weinudistribution.com within three business days. A short reporting period helps preserve carrier claims but does not eliminate a nonwaivable legal right.
Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages
Report a package that is not received promptly after the carrier marks it delivered. We may ask you to confirm the address, check the delivery location, contact the carrier, provide a statement, or cooperate with an investigation. Replacement, credit, or refund will be determined after review, subject to carrier procedures and applicable law.
Restrictions and International Shipments
Products may be restricted by destination, carrier rules, hazardous-material requirements, temperature limits, or import and export law. International shipping is available only when expressly agreed. Unless the accepted order states otherwise, the customer is importer of record and is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, permits, and local compliance.
